About this role

Mobilexpense is transforming how companies manage expenses, helping businesses like Heineken, KLM, and MARS gain control of employee spending. We're looking for ambitious, German-speaking Sales Development Representatives who are hungry to learn and motivated by results.

You will identify, contact, and qualify new prospects across Europe using tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You'll be the first impression of Mobilexpense — calling, emailing, and connecting with decision-makers — and collaborate with Account Executives to hand over qualified leads.

You'll report to Arthur, who started as an SDR at Mobilexpense and grew into SDR Team Lead. Expect guidance, trust, and the freedom to make the role your own within a young, international, and supportive team based in Amsterdam.

Requirements

  • Native level of German and fluent English
  • Natural communicator with a proactive mindset, driven by results and eager to hit goals
  • Some commercial experience is nice to have, but not required — we'll train you
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including ability to build robust business cases and interpret key performance metrics
  • Smart use of AI tools to work smarter and drive results
  • Business background or similar is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and qualify new prospects across Europe
