Settify offers AI-Assisted technology that helps people prepare and present their personal stories when they need legal help. We help law firms streamline the initial information-gathering process, saving time and providing an accurate account of what matters most. We are a small, high-performing team with a strong focus on engineering and product.

In this role, you will proactively reach out to a warm pipeline of Australian law firms to demonstrate the value of Settify as a free add-on to their current package. The goal is simple: quick wins to penetrate the Australian market fast. This is a high-activity, results-driven role for someone who thrives on hitting targets and moving fast.

You will work in a low-ego, small and nimble team reporting directly to the Head of Revenue. This is a fast-moving scale-up environment where you will own your numbers and be accountable to a monthly activation target. You will build rapport fast with practice managers, principals, and fee earners, moving conversations from introduction to onboarding in as few touchpoints as possible.

Within the first year, we want this person to grow into a full-cycle sales role that expands Settify outside of the LEAP ecosystem. You will coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure newly active firms get a strong start and stay engaged, and feed market intelligence back to product and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in a sales, account management, or business development role in the SaaS industry
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding targets in a metrics-driven environment
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a large portfolio
  • Comfortable in Salesforce or a similar CRM and disciplined about keeping it accurate
  • Coachable, competitive, and resilient, thrives in a target-driven environment
  • Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with decision makers
  • A natural people person who can quickly build close relationships with new contacts

Responsibilities

  • Drive high-volume outbound engagement across a managed portfolio of law firms, with a focus on activating firms quickly and efficiently
  • Own your numbers and be accountable to a monthly activation target, hitting it consistently
  • Build rapport fast with practice managers, principals, and fee earners, moving conversations from introduction to onboarding in as few touchpoints as possible
  • Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce so you always know where every firm stands and what needs to happen next
  • Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure newly active firms get a strong start and stay engaged
  • Feed market intelligence back to the product and marketing teams, as your conversations are a direct line to what firms care about
