About this role
Become a key player in future telematics at ABAX. If you have a talent for building relationships and love opening doors to new opportunities, this role is for you. You will be the first point of contact for customers and central to the sales process.
Your main mission is to book high-quality meetings for our sales team, setting the foundation for strong customer relationships. You will prospect and identify new business opportunities using the phone as your primary tool, building your own pipeline and working strategically to reach your goals. Collaborate closely with sales to create a first-class customer journey.
You will join an engaged team where we support each other, share successes, and work toward common goals. The team is ambitious and result-oriented, and you will be given the tools to work efficiently using CRM, reporting systems, and training platforms.

Requirements
- Experience with outbound sales as a meeting booker or in a similar role.
- Goal-oriented, structured, and self-driven.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English.
- Comfortable working in a team and confident taking own initiative.
- Background in SaaS, telematics, leasing, or service sales is a plus (not required).
