Daily work includes handling inbound inquiries across email, phone and chat while executing outbound sales and marketing campaigns. Representatives research prospective customers, identify market trends and generate a multi-million pound pipeline of opportunities.

The position involves close collaboration with regional sales, marketing and senior stakeholders. Travel to events and conferences worldwide is required to present on booths and drive face-to-face opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries across email, phone and chat
  • Execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns
  • Travel to events and conferences worldwide, presenting on booths and driving face-to-face opportunities
  • Collaborate across multiple teams and senior stakeholders to drive results
  • Research information about prospective customers and identify market trends
  • Generate a multi-million pound pipeline
  • Liaise with new and existing customers, setting up and attending meetings while mapping accounts
  • Accurately create, update, maintain and nurture leads on global opportunities
