You will research target accounts, execute cold outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and direct mail, and use tools such as Salesforce and Outreach. Daily activity centers on qualifying inbound inquiries and booking meetings that advance the sales process.

The role operates within a fast-paced global team spanning 26 offices and 25 countries. You will partner closely with Account Executives while working in a metrics-driven environment that values curiosity and creative problem-solving.

This position offers immediate impact on revenue growth with performance-based rewards. Professional Portuguese proficiency is required to support regional expansion and customer conversations.

  • Professional proficiency in Portuguese, both written and spoken
  • Prior cold calling experience

Responsibilities

  • Research and prospect into target accounts
  • Cold call, email, and leverage LinkedIn and direct mail for strategic outreach
  • Utilize lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Nav, Salesforce, Outreach, and LeadIQ
  • Act as collaborative strategic partner to Account Executives
  • Exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and pipeline metrics
  • Conduct high-level conversations explaining the value proposition of the Harness Platform
