As a Business Development Representative at Labatt Breweries of Canada, you will deliver territory volume, share, distribution, and margin contribution targets. Founded over 175 years ago, Labatt is one of Canada's founding businesses and its leading brewer.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in field or packaged goods sales experience is a major asset
  • Budget management experience, analytical skills, and strong business acumen
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent relationship building and follow-up skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong impact and influential abilities
  • Computer proficiency and aptitude, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must hold a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Deliver territory volume, share, distribution, and margin contribution targets by total territory, sales channel, and brand
  • Own annual territory planning, individual customer planning, promotional evaluation, and customer sell-back
  • Manage territory spend and budget
  • Plan and execute consumer programming and sales standards across retail, on-premise, and community channels
  • Build strong business relationships with key customers and consumer groups
  • Identify and leverage business opportunities, such as new customers
  • Ensure execution excellence of national and customized programming
  • Execute call cycle and administrative duties for routine management

Benefits

  • Base salary of $52,000 annually
  • Variable compensation target of $20,215 paid quarterly pursuant to the Field Sales Variable Compensation Plan
  • Variable compensation opportunities based on quarterly individual performance and business results
