About this role

As a Sales Development Representative at Impel, you’ll play an instrumental role in developing new business for our company. You will focus on creating awareness and consideration for Impel’s innovative product suite within the automotive space by engaging potential clients.

Perform initial discovery calls to engage both inbound and outbound leads. Coordinate and schedule high-quality web-based and in-person demo appointments for Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB Sales Managers while qualifying leads based on their fit.

Address and overcome objections from prospects with confidence and professionalism. Maintain consistent follow-up efforts through calls, texts, emails, and social media to nurture relationships and keep prospects engaged.

Execute outbound calls, emails, texts, and social media interactions to spark additional interest. Use tools like ZoomInfo and online research to identify key decision-makers and accurately record all activities in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Extremely motivated self-starter eager to always learn and improve
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work a full 5-day workweek with reliable transportation to downtown Syracuse
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity as a representative of the Impel brand
  • Maintains confidentiality of work-related issues, records, and company information
