About this role

The Sales Development Representative identifies potential B2B customers through research, analysis, social media, networking and other channels. The focus is generating qualified leads that can place offers via performance and branding marketing campaigns on employee benefits portals.

Daily work includes conducting qualified conversations to understand customer needs and challenges. The role also involves pre-qualifying leads, assessing potential fit against company target criteria, and maintaining accurate records in the Salesforce CRM system.

You will schedule and prepare sales meetings for the Sales Managers while coordinating closely with the wider sales team. Information about potential brand partners is passed on to support the full sales process and drive pipeline progress.

This position suits candidates who want to apply their sales experience in a structured B2B environment with clear processes and direct impact on lead generation results.

Requirements

  • Completed degree or commercial vocational training.
  • Significant professional experience in sales and scheduling potential customers, ideally in B2B.
  • Communication talent with a confident and friendly demeanor.
  • High level of initiative, independence and careful working style.
  • High service orientation, hands-on mentality and structured working approach.
  • Proficient with CRM tools such as Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Very good German skills; good English skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers through research, analysis, social media, networking and other channels to generate qualified B2B leads for performance and branding marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct qualified conversations to understand the needs and challenges of potential customers.
  • Schedule sales meetings for Sales Managers, coordinate appointments and prepare all necessary materials.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to pass on information about potential brand partners and support them through the sales process.
  • Pre-qualify leads by assessing needs and potential to ensure alignment with company target criteria.
  • Capture, maintain and update customer data in the Salesforce CRM system and create reports on lead generation progress.
