Daily work includes direct outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn campaigns, and integrated marketing efforts. Collaboration with the growth team supports research and personalized messaging to target accounts. Monitoring Slack for new signups enables immediate engagement to schedule meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Self-starter with ability to self-motivate in a high-growth start-up
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience engaging customers and prospects
  • Interest in tech and more specifically data
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work

Responsibilities

  • Conduct direct outreach to prospective accounts via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn campaigns, and integrated marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with the growth team to research and craft personalized outreach to target accounts
  • Develop creative methods, channels, and strategies to guide prospects to the free trial
  • Define and improve sales processes, strategies, and tactics as part of the growing SDR team
  • Execute against monthly goals through consistent outreach and engagement
  • Monitor Slack for new signups and engage prospects directly to schedule meetings with the sales organization
