About this role
OpenAI’s Enterprise Go-To-Market organization helps the world’s largest companies adopt and scale our AI platform across their business from ChatGPT Enterprise to developer platform and APIs. Sales Development sits at the front of this motion where technical curiosity becomes executive engagement and OpenAI’s enterprise relationships begin.
In this role you will own the pipeline number generated by SDR-led inbound and scaled outbound motions across mid-market digital natives and downmarket segments. Work with cross-functional partners to build and deploy a modern AI-enabled engine that converts demand into qualified pipeline.
Partner with Data Science Rev Ops GTM Growth and GTMi to improve speed personalization coverage and efficiency through agentic workflows. Maintain operating cadence with Marketing Sales and Data teams while running an experimentation roadmap across messaging segmentation and channels.
Success means predictable monthly and quarterly SDR-sourced inbound pipeline attainment with faster response times higher conversion rates and clear visibility into what is working by segment source and rep. A scalable operating model lets AI augment the team without lowering quality.
Requirements
- Experience owning SDR demand response pipeline generation or growth operations targets
- Strong command of inbound funnel mechanics and scaled outbound systems
- Comfortable using AI automation data and experimentation to improve GTM performance
- Able to translate strategy into operating rhythms dashboards coaching and execution
- Highly cross-functional with strong partnerships across Sales Marketing Data Science and RevOps
- Clear judgment on where humans matter most and where automation should take over
Responsibilities
- Own pipeline creation targets for inbound SDR motions across mid-market and downmarket segments
- Drive conversion from lead to meeting meeting to qualified opportunity and opportunity to pipeline
- Set SDR prioritization routing SLAs qualification standards and follow-up quality
- Shape inbound strategy across high-volume accounts and lower-ACV segments
- Partner with GTM Growth to build and deploy agentic and automation workflows
- Manage performance across SDR teams managers vendors and tooling
- Run operating cadence with Marketing Sales RevOps and Data teams
- Build experimentation roadmap across messaging segmentation scoring channels and automation
