Sobre Énergie is a Deepki solution dedicated to managing the energy performance of commercial buildings. We accompany companies and public sector players in leveraging their energy data to illuminate decisions, drive performance, and track results over time.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will qualify 150 to 300 inbound prospects per month to generate around 20 qualified sales appointments. You will conduct strategic qualification calls and emails to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions from our Datamarc NEO platform and energy management expertise.

You will report to the Growth Marketing Manager and act as the pivot between marketing and sales. Our team is dynamic and tightly knit, using Zoho CRM to maintain data and weekly reporting on KPIs.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master's level) program at a Business School.
  • Ideally, first experience in Business Development or active prospecting missions.
  • Strong commercial temperament, high responsiveness, and excellent oral communication skills.
  • Ability to understand business issues quickly and adapt messaging in real time.
  • Results and performance-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable using a CRM system (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Qualify 150 to 300 incoming MQL leads per month to generate an average of 20 qualified SQL appointments for the Commercial team.
  • Conduct strategic qualification calls, video meetings, and emails to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions (Datamarc NEO platform, energy audits, Energy Management, ISO 50001).
  • Update and maintain data in Zoho CRM (contact, account, and deal records) integrating qualitative insights from interactions.
  • Provide weekly activity reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager with KPI tracking.
  • Serve as the pivot between marketing and sales to convert interest into business opportunities.
  • Drive first qualification exchanges to uncover business challenges and match with relevant solutions.
