Health Conservation, Inc. (HCI)

Rockford, US · Full-time · $45,000 – $60,000

About this role

Health Conservation, Inc. (HCI) is a national provider of mobile occupational health screening services, delivering hearing conservation, respiratory protection, vision screening, and compliance services directly at customer locations. For over 65 years, HCI has served manufacturers, food processors, distribution centers, logistics companies, and energy providers through a nationwide fleet of mobile testing units.

This is not a traditional sales position. The Industrial Business Development Representative will serve as a field-based professional focused on identifying qualified opportunities, building relationships, and developing long-term customer partnerships. The role requires spending time in the field alongside HCI Technicians and Operations personnel to gain firsthand knowledge of service delivery and what makes a customer relationship successful.

This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and works closely with the Director of Sales, Scheduling, Planning, Operations, and Contracts teams. The successful candidate will develop a complete understanding of HCI's operational model, including field testing procedures, technician workflows, scheduling requirements, and route efficiencies.

This role offers the opportunity to build a career in business development within a specialized industrial health services niche. The representative will focus on expanding HCI's presence in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, food processing, construction, energy, and data center markets throughout the United States.
