About this role
Factorial is seeking a Sales Development Representative for the LATAM market to help drive the company's next phase of growth. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, as you will be building an entire business unit from scratch with ample opportunities to take control and create your own processes.
In this role, you will prospect, strategize, and qualify top leads with partners through high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement. You will analyze prospect business needs, identify solutions, and build strong relationships with strategic partners in the HR and technology space.
You will report directly to the Partnership Manager and senior leadership team, working in a high-growth, multicultural environment. Factorial believes in developing its team, spreading its organizational culture, and sharing its vision of how HR can make a difference in organizations worldwide.

Requirements
- Intermediate/advanced English proficiency
- Hunter mindset: hunger for success, persistence, and energy to achieve results
- More than 2 years of experience in B2B / SaaS / Tech sales
- More than 1 year of experience in sales or channel positions, preferably in full-cycle B2B
- Ability to take ownership in every activity you develop
- Detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and highly self-motivated
- Strong communication skills and ability to quickly empathize with people
Responsibilities
- Prospect, plan strategies, and qualify the best leads with partners
- Contact prospects through high-volume cold calling (60-80 daily), networking, email, digital marketing campaigns, and social media outreach
- Create your own strategy to research and analyze prospect information online and leverage it in sales efforts
- Analyze prospect business needs, understand processes, determine requirements, and identify potential solutions
- Seek new potential strategic partners and manage the full sales cycle until they join the partner program
- Identify and build strong relationships with potential partners strategically aligned with Factorial in the HR and technology space
- Constantly gather feedback from partners and their clients to identify issues and opportunities that strengthen the partnerships channel
- Report directly to the Partnership Manager and senior leadership team
