About this role

You’ll be the first voice of Klipboard FSM, sparking the first connection and igniting excitement in future customers. This fast-paced role is full of energy and incredibly rewarding for those who love the chase and thrive in a dynamic environment. You will work side-by-side with Senior Sales Executives to identify high-potential businesses.

Your day involves engaging new prospects across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative channels. You’ll craft clever outbound campaigns that break through the noise and spark curiosity, then book meetings for Sales Executives to close. You will also qualify warm inbound leads generated by the marketing team.

You’ll work side-by-side with Senior Sales Executives, using a proven sales playbook to guide conversations. The team is global, with offices in the UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, South Africa, Kenya, and North America. Klipboard FSM is transforming how field service businesses operate with a cutting-edge SaaS platform.

Requirements

  • A fearless, high-energy attitude - not afraid to hit the phones and make it happen.
  • 1+ year of outbound SaaS sales experience.
  • CRM experience.
  • A coachable mindset and hunger to get better every day.
  • A passion for learning, growing, and pushing your limits.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with personas or used tools like Intercom (preferred).
