About this role

Cranial Technologies leads in treating plagiocephaly with the DOC Band and offers EarWell for infant ear correction. As a Business Development Representative, you will expand the company's nationwide impact through strategic outreach and relationship building with medical practices.

You will travel two weeks each month to territories across the United States while managing a local territory from your home city during the remaining weeks. This involves educating pediatricians and staff on the benefits of our treatments to drive patient referrals.

The role places you in diverse medical environments where you conduct in-service presentations and analyze data to prioritize accounts. You will represent the company with professionalism while fostering connections that support families seeking specialized care.

This position offers opportunities to grow within a specialized healthcare field focused on pediatric treatments. You can develop expertise in medical sales while contributing to improved outcomes for infants across the country.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Comfortable with 50-70% nationwide travel
  • 1+ years of successful B2B, outside sales experience
  • Strong initiative and independence in building and managing your own territory
  • Able to absorb new information quickly and apply it in diverse situations
  • Represent Cranial Technologies with integrity and commitment

Responsibilities

  • Engage with pediatric practices nationwide to provide insights on diagnosing and managing plagiocephaly
  • Conduct in-service presentations for practice staff to foster understanding of services and outcomes
  • Build and manage a territory by driving patient referrals to clinics across the United States
  • Leverage data to manage and prioritize assigned healthcare provider accounts efficiently
  • Travel extensively to meet with clients in different regions two weeks per month
  • Manage a small territory in your home city during the other two weeks
