As a Sales Development Representative, you will manage inbound leads and outbound targeted prospects, generating value for potential customers and booking product demonstration webinars and calls. You will manage prospect expectations and overcome objections while reaching and exceeding key performance indicators.

Working closely with our Management team and Senior Salespeople, you will learn from the best by working alongside top performers on the sales team and sales leadership. The role is designed for self-motivated individuals looking to build a solid foundation in software sales.

This position offers a clear path to develop and continue your career in sales, with opportunities for promotion into a full, closing role. Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, humility, and hunger to learn, along with the drive to not only meet but exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • 1 year of SDR experience, ideally in a software setting
  • Fluent German and English
  • A strong interest in building a career in sales
  • Curiosity and demonstrable evidence of professional and personal development
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - eager to advance through clearly defined learning and earning paths
  • Self-disciplined, organised, and ambitious - able to consistently hit daily and monthly objectives

Responsibilities
