OFX is a leading financial operations company that provides businesses and accounting firms with real-time financial control and visibility to do business anywhere in the world. Within Australia, our Wealth Advisor Partnerships division works with over 650 financial advisers, supporting high-net-worth clients with complex international transfer needs.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will proactively engage financial advice firms across Australia, introduce OFX's adviser partnership model, and generate new adviser relationships that convert into long-term referral partners. Your core objective is to generate high-quality adviser partnerships that convert into active referral relationships.

You will work directly with the BDM / Team Lead and progressively take ownership of more of the sales cycle over time. This role offers a clear path to managing the majority of early-stage adviser engagement and independently converting Tier 3 firms.

Within 12 months, you will be generating referral-active adviser partners with reduced BDM involvement in partnership conversions. This is an opportunity to build a career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within a trusted innovator in global money movement for over 25 years.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with customer facing and/or sales roles
  • Self-motivated and hard working, dedicated to consistently making numerous outbound calls daily
  • Persistent and resilient to rejection with a competitive mindset and driven to succeed
  • Collaborative team player and highly adaptable with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised and efficient with strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Detail-orientated with the ability to maintain accurate forecasting and records
  • Confident, articulate, professional communicator (verbal and written) with strong listening skills

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target financial advice firms aligned to OFX's HNW profile
  • Conduct structured and consistent outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Engage advisers in professional, consultative conversations
  • Qualify firms based on client base and FX relevance
  • Book and confirm qualified meetings for the BDM
  • Independently onboard Tier 3 firms where appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and detailed Salesforce records
  • Track performance metrics and continuously improve outreach effectiveness
