About this role

Bosch's comprehensive yet personalised undergraduate student program offers a 12-month paid position where you collaborate with industry professionals in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. As part of the Mobility Aftermarket team, you will contribute to the success of a globally recognized company.

Your day-to-day involves researching and analysing historical customer and product sales data, creating tools and reports for efficient data analysis, and supporting content creation and management for the Mobility Aftermarket division. You will also assist the brand and communication manager with marketing communication tasks.

You will work within a supportive team environment alongside your supervisor and other team members who are dedicated to helping you succeed. With over 80 fellow students in the program, you will be encouraged to explore exciting opportunities across various elements of the business.

This role provides a strong foundation for developing your expertise and broadening your tertiary studies. You will gain hands-on experience in data analysis and marketing communications within a company that has been carbon neutral overall since 2020.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree with at least one year of Marketing or Data Analytics completed and a minimum of 12 months of study remaining
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer and stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, including senior team members, while working effectively both collaboratively and independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
  • Strong computer, data analysis and presentation skills
  • Strong interest in innovation and openness to combine studies with on-the-job learning
  • Experience using SAP is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyse data based on historical customer and product sales data
  • Create tools and reports supporting efficient and accurate data analysis
  • Support Mobility Aftermarket content creation and management
  • Support the Mobility Aftermarket brand and communication manager with marketing communication tasks
  • Develop dashboards and visualisations in Power BI to track performance
  • Assist in data cleaning and validation to ensure data accuracy
