About this role

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (Werkstudent) to identify and qualify B2B leads for our employee benefits portal. You will research potential clients through social media, networking, and analysis, targeting companies that can benefit from our performance and branding marketing campaigns.

In this role, you will conduct conversations with prospects to understand their needs and challenges, then schedule and prepare sales meetings for our Sales Managers. You will also pre-qualify leads, evaluating their fit with our target criteria, and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system, Salesforce.

You will collaborate closely with the Sales Team, sharing insights on potential brand partners and supporting the sales process from lead generation to handoff. The work environment is a startup culture where your contributions are valued and you can work up to 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

This position offers a strong entry into the professional world with opportunities for a practical semester and potential for permanent employment upon good performance. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (at least 3rd semester) or Master's program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills with a confident and friendly demeanor
  • High level of initiative, independence, and careful working style
  • Strong service orientation with a hands-on mentality and structured working approach
  • Proficient in using CRM tools such as Salesforce (Sales Cloud)
  • Very good German language skills; good English skills are an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers through research, analysis, social media, and networking to generate qualified B2B leads
  • Conduct qualifying conversations to understand prospects' needs and challenges
  • Schedule, coordinate, and prepare sales meetings for Sales Managers
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to share information on potential brand partners and support the sales process
  • Pre-qualify leads by assessing needs and potential to ensure fit with target criteria
  • Capture, maintain, and update customer data in CRM system (Salesforce) and report on lead generation progress
