We are looking for a Business Development Representative to advise Web3 customers on adopting and leveraging AWS technology. The role requires experience in the FSI industry along with expert knowledge of financial services applications and infrastructure. You will serve as a core member of the Worldwide Financial Services team executing the go-to-market strategy.

In this role you will engage with customers to determine business needs, identify opportunities, and develop technical solutions leveraging AWS cloud technology. You will create compelling value propositions, accelerate customer adoption, and maintain a robust sales pipeline. The position involves working with partners to extend reach and drive adoption across the blockchain and cryptocurrency vertical.

Requirements

  • Experience in the FSI industry with expert knowledge of financial services applications and infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of the transformational value cloud technologies can bring.
  • Technical ability to explain Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions, Internet architectures, and AI.
  • Ability to facilitate relationships with senior executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to interact with and give guidance to technology experts, software developers, IT professionals, and system architects.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and market share in the blockchain cryptocurrency industry vertical.
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
  • Accelerate customer adoption and maintain a robust sales pipeline and reporting.
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Engage with customers to determine business needs and identify opportunities and issues.
