About this role
Join our dynamic Sales Team as a Business Development Representative and actively shape the growth of our sales pipeline. In close collaboration with our Sales Team, you will work to further position our WealthTech platform QPLIX in the market.
You will handle the early stages of the sales cycle, focusing on strategic lead qualification, in-depth customer research, and the development of strong value propositions. Your responsibilities include identifying and qualifying promising leads, conducting initial meetings to understand their challenges and needs, and supporting the implementation of market strategies.
You will analyze customer needs, competitor activity, and market developments while maintaining all customer interactions and information in our CRM system (HubSpot). Additionally, you will screen target markets for potential strategic partnerships and represent QPLIX at events in the finance and fintech scene.
This role offers a direct contribution to the growth of QPLIX and provides diverse development opportunities in a dynamic environment. You will be part of a team with unbeatable team spirit, flat hierarchies, and short decision-making paths, with headquarters in the heart of Munich and additional offices in the finance hubs of Frankfurt and Zurich.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Hands-on mentality with an independent and structured working style
- First practical experience in sales or sales-related tasks in wealth management or the financial industry (including internships or working student positions)
- Enjoyment of customer interaction and selling modern technologies, along with strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking and the ability to derive innovative concepts from analysis
- Good understanding of asset classes and financial markets
- Fluent in German and English
- Carefulness, discretion, loyalty, and willingness to travel
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify promising leads in collaboration with the responsible Sales Manager
- Conduct initial conversations to understand the challenges and needs of leads
- Support the development and implementation of market strategies
- Analyze customer needs, competitors, and market developments
- Maintain all customer interactions and information in the CRM system (HubSpot)
- Screen target markets for potential strategic partnerships
- Represent QPLIX at events in the finance and fintech scene
