About this role

Total Specific Solutions (TSS) is a leading European provider of IT business solutions, delivering products and services to vertical markets like healthcare, government, and finance. We are searching for a highly motivated M&A Business Development Representative to map and qualify M&A opportunities within the Vietnamese software sector.

You will identify and prospect M&A targets through cold calls, video calls, email, and social media. Using Marketing and CRM data, you will build relationships with key stakeholders and conduct first-line interactions with experienced entrepreneurs and managing directors.

TSS combines the rich knowledge of a large international company with the dynamics of an SME. Through the TSS Academies, we provide all colleagues with the tools and knowledge to continuously improve and update their skills.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business development or sales roles
  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Sales, or Marketing
  • Fluent in Business Vietnamese and English, with ability to write professional emails in both languages
  • Strong analytical and research skills with a methodical approach to a proactive mindset
  • Available to work 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Identify M&A prospects and initiate outbound prospecting via cold calls, video calls, email, and social media
  • Use Marketing and CRM data to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct first-line interactions by telephone and face-to-face to qualify potential targets
  • Contribute to pre-acquisition business activities to grow the portfolio in Vietnam and surrounding countries
  • Document all interactions and meetings accurately within Salesforce
