
About this role
Join our three-year Actuarial Graduate Scheme starting in September 2026, designed to build a deep understanding of actuarial functions within M&G Finance. You will begin with a cohort-wide induction blending industry-focused training with insight sessions from experienced professionals.
Through structured 18-month rotations across Finance Actuarial functions, you will gain insights into how finance supports business developments and projects. You will contribute to statutory and regulatory reporting and management information, learning how digital tools and AI enable efficient reporting.
You will have a manager to guide your development and a buddy for day-to-day queries, with opportunities to attend insight events and grow your network. The Finance department is a diverse environment where colleagues share information and work towards common goals.
We will support you to work towards the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries qualification with dedicated study leave and resources. You will also develop professional skills through interactive workshops on networking, communication, and personal brand.

Responsibilities
- Gain insights into how finance supports business developments and projects to ensure good outcomes for internal and external customers
- Contribute towards activities linked to the production of statutory and regulatory reporting and management information
- Get exposure to the latest IT systems and technologies in finance, learning how digital tools and AI enable efficient reporting and analysis
- Participate in structured 18-month rotations across Finance Actuarial functions to build technical expertise and business understanding
- Work towards the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries professional qualification with dedicated study leave and resources
- Develop essential professional skills via interactive workshops and self-led missions covering networking, communication, and personal brand
