Join the ambitious and growing team at Deliveroo as a Sales Development Representative supporting the Belgium Market. In this hybrid role based in Manchester City Centre, you’ll connect with decision-makers in the restaurant industry and help them join the platform.

You will engage both outbound leads and handle inbound inquiries to convert prospects into loyal Deliveroo partners. Spend several hours each day on the phone and email, building strong relationships with restaurant owners and advising them on how Deliveroo can grow their business. Manage your sales pipeline and organize daily action plans to meet monthly targets.

You will develop deep knowledge of the food business model and become an expert in the sector. Collaborate with Activation Teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new partners, handling contracts and documentation with precision. Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers to understand their needs.

No previous sales experience is required – just bring your enthusiasm, people skills, and passion for learning. This role offers a base salary of £27,700 with uncapped monthly commissions and hybrid work options after probation. You will work closely with Belgium-based clients in a thriving international business that values your growth.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) – you will be working directly with French-speaking prospects.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in spending several hours on the phone each day engaging with prospects.
  • Organisational skills – stay on top of leads, manage your pipeline and time effectively, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.

  • Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers, understanding their needs and advising them on how Deliveroo can grow their business.
  • Develop food business model knowledge and become an expert in the sector to guide conversations.
  • Manage your sales pipeline, stay organized, and build daily action plans to meet monthly targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Activation Teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new partners, from contracts to photoshoots to tablet setups.
  • Take care of administrative tasks, including handling contracts and customer documentation with precision and attention to detail.
