Requirements

Nearing completion of ICAEW ACA qualification
Part-qualified ACA status
Solid understanding of double entry accounting and bookkeeping
Existing experience to build upon as Senior Associate
Familiarity with nonprofit sector clients including charities and education
Knowledge of ISA requirements

Responsibilities

Conduct audit fieldwork on a wide variety of nonprofit clients
Draft recommendations for improvements to clients’ financial systems and controls
Attend client meetings with the wider team
Assist in planning audits, including reviewing prior year information and preparing lead schedules
Prepare financial statements in line with relevant standards and legal requirements
Draft corporation tax computations and support tax-related audit procedures
Support the preparation of audit close-out meeting materials and discussion points
Maintain knowledge of all relevant ISA requirements and internal policies
