This entry-level business development role targets motivated early career professionals comfortable on the phone and eager for performance-based growth. You will serve as the front line of client acquisition efforts nationwide.
Conduct high-volume outbound and follow-up phone outreach to airline pilots and aviation professionals. Introduce prospective clients and schedule introductory meetings for the senior advisory team. Track all activity and results using CRM and internal systems while following a structured sales process.
Report directly to the Director of Growth and Client Engagement while collaborating with teammates across sales, marketing, and advisory roles. The position requires office attendance and builds foundational knowledge of the airline industry, pilot compensation, and retirement structures.
Obtain a Series 65 license with company support during early tenure. Top performers gain clear advancement opportunities into senior business development or advisory-track roles. Ongoing training provides exposure to senior advisors and financial planning concepts.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, outreach, or similar roles
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone presence
- Coachable mindset with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
- Comfort with repetition, structure, and performance metrics
- Organized, dependable, and proactive
- Interest in financial services or long-term professional growth
