About this role

Incode is the leading provider of world-class identity solutions, reinventing how humans authenticate online. As a Business Development Representative, you'll create new business opportunities by engaging prospective customers across multiple channels. You'll introduce our identity and fraud prevention solutions to key decision-makers.

Your day-to-day involves proactive outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and networking. You'll conduct discovery calls to understand business challenges and qualify opportunities for the sales team while leveraging AI tools to enhance prospecting efficiency.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence two days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday) in our London office. You'll collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to execute account strategies and maximize opportunity creation across key markets.

Incode is a Series B unicorn scaling fast, trusted by major clients like Citi and Airbnb. Your work directly contributes to pipeline growth and revenue generation as we continue expanding our global footprint in identity verification.

Requirements

  • Proactive outbound mindset and comfort with high-volume cold calling
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging key decision-makers
  • Ability to conduct research and prioritize target accounts effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce for tracking prospect interactions
  • Interest in AI and emerging technologies for improving prospecting productivity
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and other prospecting channels
  • Consistently execute high-volume outbound calling activities and confidently engage prospective customers in live conversations
  • Identify high-potential target accounts and develop thoughtful outreach strategies tailored to key stakeholders
  • Conduct initial conversations to understand business challenges, assess fit, and qualify opportunities for the sales team
  • Create and nurture opportunities that contribute directly to sales pipeline and revenue targets
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve prospecting efficiency, research, personalization, and productivity
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, activities, and pipeline progression in CRM
