About this role
Atlassian is seeking a Vietnamese-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our distributed-first team in Singapore. In this entry-level role, you will partner with Sales and Success Account Teams to build sales pipeline while ensuring a delightful customer experience.
Day-to-day, you will be accountable for outbound prospecting in a quota-carrying role, qualifying business leads through proactive outreach and research. You will conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to engage with decision-makers, navigating objections through value-driven messaging.
You will collaborate with sales, marketing, partner, and operations teams to develop lead-generation strategies, and build your pipeline in partnership with Account Executives and Marketing. The role reports to the APAC Regional Sales Development Manager and offers the flexibility to work from an office, from home, or a combination of both.

Requirements
- A proven track record of effective communication, even if outside of sales
- Experience working with customers in ANZ, India, Greater China, Korea, and/or Southeast Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, or Malaysia)
- Fluency in Vietnamese is required; additional languages like Mandarin, Cantonese, or Thai are highly desirable
- Clear, intentional, and curious communication style that builds trust naturally
- You crave accountability and excel in a results-based culture
- You have clear goals and daily routines that help you achieve them, and you action feedback quickly
- You are passionate about sales and about helping customers by putting them at the center of everything you do

Responsibilities
- Be accountable for outbound prospecting, quota-carrying role, and meeting conversion into pipeline
- Qualify business leads on all customers through proactive outreach and research
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to engage with decision-makers
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, partner, and operations teams to develop lead-generation strategies
- Navigate objections through value-driven messaging
- Articulate the value proposition of our products to customers
- Build your pipeline in partnership with Account Executives and Marketing
- Work with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator
