As a Sales Development Representative, you will be vital to the success of our business, pursuing outbound brand prospects in North America to increase outbound demand velocity. You will spend several hours a day on the phone with prospective clients, effectively constructing and executing outbound outreach to a defined prospect list.

You will work closely with the Growth Team Sales and Marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance, improve lead qualification, and lead scoring. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is key, along with managing all activities and results using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of relevant business development experience
  • Comfort and confidence with cold calling and sending outbound emails every day
  • Ability to promote and sell ideas persuasively
  • Complex problem solver able to uncover a client's business challenge and make thoughtful recommendations
  • Interest in learning the ins and outs of Business Development at a technology company
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated ability to work solo and as a productive team member

Responsibilities

  • Effectively construct and execute outbound outreach to a defined prospect list
  • Execute outbound prospecting initiatives
  • Conduct high-level intro conversations to understand each prospect's individual goals and challenges
  • Accurately assess individual customer needs and issues to recommend appropriate features, benefits, and value of TTD
  • Spend several hours a day on the phone with prospective clients
  • Meet monthly individual goals and job SLAs
  • Work closely with Growth Team Sales and Marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance, improve lead qualification, and lead scoring
  • Help manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce
