As an SDR, you will qualify, follow up, and develop a substantial volume of inbound and outbound leads. You'll efficiently respond to marketing leads, generate sales-ready meetings, and research target accounts to identify key personas.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of previous prospecting experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach.io, and ZoomInfo or other prospecting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business and tech acumen
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to understand customer needs and meet them with a successful product sale
- Must be able to speak fluent German to cover the DACH Territory
Responsibilities
- Qualify, follow up, educate and develop a substantial volume of inbound and outbound leads to progress prospects into the sales process
- Efficiently respond and qualify inbound marketing leads according to set SLAs
- Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for sales executives using Cribl's qualification criteria
- Research target new accounts, identify key personas, and generate interest through cold discovery calls and email campaigns
- Use strong selling and influencing skills to uncover customer needs and business challenges
- Log, track, and maintain Salesforce consistently according to lead-to-opportunity flow process
- Consistently achieve meeting quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives are met
- Work closely with Sales Directors and attend customer meetings as required
