About this role
We’re seeking an amazing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to find and screen likely customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects, an ideal SDR would have a strong understanding of the sales cycle, excelling at researching leads and starting new relationships.
Reach out to prospects through cold calls and emails to qualify leads from marketing campaigns. Set up meetings between prospective clients and account executives while managing a pipeline of interested prospects and keeping records accurate and up-to-date.
Every potential lead is an opportunity to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. The role requires resilience when facing rejection and the ability to maintain high morale during a high volume of outbound activity.

Requirements
- Proven track record in sales development, preferably in software and marketing services
- Ability to maintain high morale and efficiency despite frequent rejections during high-volume outbound calls
- Deep understanding of software sales and marketing services to qualify leads effectively
- Hands-on experience with cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach
- Track record of achieving sales quotas and fair understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proven creative problem-solving approach
- Strong analytical skills and ability to nurture unqualified leads for future opportunities
Responsibilities
- Analyze and qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails and social outreach
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and account executives
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage account executives for next steps
- Manage detailed reports on client reach-out status with weekly, monthly and quarterly results
- Keep records accurate and up-to-date
- Perform timely and comprehensive follow-up with leads to convert them into scheduled calls
