Daily work includes qualifying leads from mailing lists, executing calls and WhatsApp outreach, and confirming prospect availability for scheduled meetings. Templates are completed with gathered details, missed meetings are rescheduled, and productivity indicators such as scheduled and completed meetings are tracked.
The role operates within a structured investment advisory environment focused on process efficiency and client experience. Continuous identification of workflow improvements supports higher conversion rates and smoother handoffs to investment advisors.
Strong self-management and analytical skills allow contributors to refine outreach tactics and meet defined productivity targets. Exposure to investment qualification criteria builds specialized knowledge applicable to future advisory or client-facing positions.
Requirements
- Ensino Superior concluído ou em andamento
- Conhecimento em investimentos
- Certificação CPA-20
- Forte capacidade de autogestão, organização e priorização
- Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita

Responsibilities
- Realizar qualificação de leads a partir das informações do mailing
- Gerenciar base capturada de leads, garantindo cumprimento de cadência e organização da base
- Efetuar ligações e abordagens via WhatsApp como primeiro contato com os prospects
- Apresentar o BTG Pactual e o objetivo da abordagem de forma clara e profissional
- Qualificar o prospect conforme as premissas e critérios definidos pelo BTG Pactual
- Preencher o template de apoio à reunião com todas as informações levantadas durante o contato
- Realizar reagendamentos de reuniões não concluídas
- Acompanhar indicadores de produtividade, como reuniões agendadas e realizadas
