The London-based Business Development Programme serves as the entry point into an elite sales career. Representatives run high-volume outbound across calls, email, LinkedIn, and video while engaging senior stakeholders at banks and fintechs. The role focuses on qualifying inbound interest into high-value pipeline opportunities.

The SDR/BDR team sits at the heart of company growth, which reached 40% last year. Representatives partner directly with Account Executives to build pipeline that closes and continuously refine their approach using proven methodologies such as MEDDICC.   • Run high-volume, high-quality outbound outreach across calls, email, LinkedIn, and video
  • Engage senior stakeholders at leading banks and fintechs to break into target accounts
  • Qualify inbound interest into high-value pipeline opportunities
  • Partner with Account Executives to build pipeline that closes revenue
  • Continuously improve outbound strategies using proven sales methodologies
