About this role
Insights is a global Learning & Development company on a mission to change the world through the power of self-awareness. We are launching a new Sales Demand function and seeking Sales Development Representatives located in Australia to drive growth across APAC.
You will be the first voice and first impression for some of APAC's largest organisations. Working remotely, you will manage inbound and outbound opportunities, spark conversations, qualify prospects and book sales meetings that build high-quality pipeline for the Account Management team.
This role places you right at the front of our growth engine in a fast-paced environment. Occasional interstate travel will be required to attend events while collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams on strategy and using data to optimise outreach.

Requirements
- Experience in a similar role as an SDR/BDR
- Thrives in fast paced, high performing sales environments
- Excellent phone skills and can drive conversation
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Confidence in speaking with senior decision-makers
- Super organised and knows how to manage their own workflow
- Lives and breathes collaboration, ownership and accountability
- High energy, positive mindset, and plenty of enthusiasm and determination to win
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and conduct outbound outreach using sales tools to generate new leads for the Account Management team
- Screen and qualify inbound inquiries from potential clients
- Spark engaging conversations with prospects to qualify opportunities
- Analyse prospect’s business challenges and connect them to our solutions
- Book sales meetings and build high-quality sales pipeline
- Attend external events to build meaningful relationships and identify potential opportunities
- Keep our CRM updated to support accurate forecasting and reporting
- Use data, insight and SDR tools to optimise outreach and streamline processes
