Requirements
- Previous sales, telemarketing, or lead generation experience; cloud computing and SaaS industry experience preferred
- Technical acumen to ramp up quickly on core technologies such as Salesforce, Groove, etc.
- Tenacious work ethic with a desire to have a career in sales
- Grit and know-how with a curious and creative mindset to set goals and achieve bigger outcomes
- Highly motivated, self-starter with strong desire to meet and exceed quota monthly, maintaining a high call rate and ability to assess prospect fit
- Modest yet assertive and confident demeanor with empathy and compassion
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Exceed monthly quota by utilizing ability to assess a prospect’s fit
- Acquire qualified business leads through cold calling and developing prospects to be closed by Sales team
- Document, track, and monitor all leads and activities in Salesforce.com
- Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decision makers such as VPs, Directors, and C-suite personnel
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our full range of risk and compliance solutions and convey that knowledge to potential customers
- Nurture relationships with longer-term prospects
- Conduct territory development best practices with email, phone, and chat using sales enablement tools
