About this role

This role is extremely important within the sales organization at Tebra. You are responsible for helping to scale revenue across the company. Marketing Development Representatives research prospects, discover pain points, and set meetings with decision-makers.

Handling all inbound leads funneled from the marketing team means calling prospects and booking demos for Account Executives. You will set quality meetings with medical practices across the country while supporting special projects that build the sales pipeline.

In the MDR Training program you learn every inbound lead channel while working closely with marketing. You establish platform value, work recycled leads, and begin generating your own opportunities through targeted outreach.

Mastering rapport building, qualification, and needs discovery leads to exceeding quota for two consecutive months. Strong performers advance by telling compelling stories that tie benefits to prospect pain points using downloaded content.

  • Proven initiative and a competitive drive to meet targets.
  • Resilience, perseverance, and ability to overcome objections consistently.
  • Driven, curious, coachable, and intelligent; sales experience or fast-paced customer-facing background is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all inbound leads from the marketing team by calling prospects and booking demos for Account Executives.
  • Set quality meetings with medical practices across the country to build the sales pipeline.
  • Work with the marketing department on special projects that support overall business growth.
  • Learn all inbound lead channels and establish the value of the Tebra platform.
  • Build rapport, qualify opportunities, and identify prospects' needs through discovery conversations.
  • Call on leads who have downloaded content and use that content to advance sales conversations.
  • Progress through MDR Training by exceeding quota for two consecutive months.
