Alternative Payments

Vancouver, CA · Full-time · C$80,000 – C$100,000

About this role

Alternative Payments is building the financial operating system for SMBs, consolidating the disconnected tech stack that holds service-based businesses back. We're seeking a Partnership Development Representative (PDR) to aggressively expand our Enterprise Resource Planning Partner (ERP) Program across North America.

You'll own the ERP Partner motion end-to-end, from cold outreach to ERP implementers through onboarding and activation. You'll develop deep familiarity with ecosystems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, and Sage, and run structured activation sequences with new partners.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships from scratch and loves the thrill of the hunt. You'll represent Alternative Payments at key industry conferences and collaborate with internal Sales and Marketing teams to maximize partnership impact.

You won't be inheriting a warm book of business—you'll be building one from zero. You'll have the chance to propose improvements and help establish a repeatable ERP partnership motion that can scale across new ecosystems, while also mentoring team members.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales and/or partnerships.
  • Proven track record in outbound sales motions — cold outreach, pipeline generation, and building relationships from zero.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the EQ to develop complex, trust-based partnerships over time.
  • A proactive, highly organized mindset with the ability to operate independently and solve problems without a playbook.

Responsibilities

  • Own the ERP Partner motion end-to-end — from cold outreach to ERP implementers through onboarding, activation, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Develop deep familiarity with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, and Sage ecosystems and the implementer community within each.
  • Run structured activation sequences with new partners from first outreach through active referral generation.
  • Represent Alternative Payments at key ERP industry conferences and events, including Directions North America and Community Summit.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales and Marketing teams to maximize the impact of ERP partnerships on new business.
  • Propose improvements and help establish a repeatable ERP partnership motion that can scale across new ecosystems.
  • Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and fostering growth.
