About this role

At LevelUp, we believe growth happens when people feel trusted, supported, and challenged. For over seven years, we've partnered with agencies, software vendors, and website owners to deliver world-class outsourcing and offshore hiring services across technical, operational, and back-office verticals.

We are looking for a proactive, resourceful Sales Development Representative to support our client's global B2B SaaS sales team. You will handle inbound and outbound outreach for an auditing and accounting SaaS product across different countries, qualifying prospects and booking meetings for sales executives.

You will reach out to leads from English-speaking markets via phone, email, and LinkedIn, use discovery questions to confirm pain points and fit, and apply regional product differences when speaking with prospects. You'll execute directed outbound campaigns, maintain accurate CRM records, and follow approved scripts and objection-handling guidelines.

This role offers a fully remote work arrangement within an APAC schedule, with the opportunity to attend key events across Asia and engage with senior stakeholders. You'll work in a metrics-driven environment that backs curious problem-solvers with systems, support, and a culture that makes learning part of the job.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in an SDR, inside sales, appointment-setting, or similar role.
  • 1+ year's experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Experience in fintech, especially accounting and auditing environments (preferred).
  • Native-level or near-native English communication skills.
  • Confident phone presence and strong email-writing skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar).
  • Able to quickly understand and explain key product features and regional differences.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a metrics-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to inbound leads from English-speaking markets (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hongkong) via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and basic business needs using discovery questions.
  • Understand and apply regional differences in the software when speaking with prospects.
  • Book qualified meetings for sales executives and manage calendar invites.
  • Execute directed outbound campaigns (email, call, sequences) to target accounts and contact lists.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (lead status, notes, follow-up tasks).
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings booked and activity volumes.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality, messaging, and common objections.

Benefits

  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • APAC work schedule with flexibility to call prospects within their working hours.
  • Regular Philippines employment (HMO and 13th month pay included).
  • Equipment provided.
