As a Territory Development Representative in the NSW Sales Team, you will be enthusiastic and driven with a mindset for success. You thrive on engaging with distributors, customers and end users in a fast-paced environment. Drive store cluster sales performance by executing focus sheets and developing customer relationships at the store level. Promote products through demonstrations while instructing retail customers and end users. Identify incremental merchandising growth opportunities and maintain workable power tools for training.
Conduct distributor and end user training at Field Days, in-store sessions, end user sites and major trade events. Plan weekly tasks and complete daily activities in Salesforce while keeping your calendar accurate. Develop stakeholder relationships and collaborate across departments in an autonomous setting.

Requirements
- Previous customer engagement experience with a passion for selling and business development.
- Experience engaging with end users and brand advocacy.
- Confidence and communication skills to present product initiatives to end users.
- Some experience in product training for internal or external parties.
- Ability and interest to learn the specifications of the hardware industry.
- Strong planning skills and the ability to work in an autonomous environment.
- Passion to work with customers and end users in the power tool and hand tool industry.
Responsibilities
