Employment Hero is on a mission to make employment easier and more valuable for everyone. As an Inbound Sales Development Representative you will work with the ANZ sales team to qualify inbound leads and book high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
Your key focus areas include qualifying and converting inbound leads that meet ideal customer profiles, consistently generating qualified opportunities per month, and maintaining fast lead response times to maximise conversion rates.
The role operates within The EH Way: Mission First, Remote First with asynchronous communication, AI First, and a culture that expects high performance while remaining apolitical. You will maintain accurate CRM records to support sales forecasting and decision-making.
This position contributes directly to Employment Hero's goal of transforming workforce management. You will conduct discovery calls, route promising opportunities, perform account research, and collaborate on online demos while growing your prospect database within the assigned segment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-volume inbound sales (B2B)
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and Outreach
- A track record of consistently exceeding targets
- Strong phone presence and resilience, comfortable with spending significant time on calls
Responsibilities
- Qualify and convert inbound leads to ensure they meet ideal customer profiles and book high-quality meetings for the sales team
- Consistently generate a set number of qualified opportunities per month to contribute to revenue and sales growth
- Engage with inbound leads promptly to maximise conversion rates through fast and effective response times
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM
- Initiate contact with potential customers through inbound inquiries to source new sales opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls to effectively understand customer needs and requirements
- Route promising opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and closure
- Conduct thorough account research, identify key decision-makers, and maintain and grow your prospect database
