Requirements

  • Knowledge of inventory management and ABC classification methods
  • Familiarity with cycle count processes and root cause analysis
  • Understanding of safety stock fixation and replenishment norms
  • Ability to perform sub-contract and GRN reconciliation
  • Proficiency in system-based stock posting and monitoring

Responsibilities

  • Implement Place for every part (PFEP) strategies
  • Analyze stores capacity and fix safety stock levels as per ABC classification
  • Manage inventory and replenish stores safety stock as per safety norms
  • Monitor and clear COGI discrepancies
  • Execute cycle count process and perform stock adjustments with RCA
  • Reconcile sub-contract activities and gate entry with GRN
  • Monitor RGP, RTV, and MDR processes
  • Ensure on-time stock posting and adherence for critical parts
