We seek a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline impact across the DACH region. This role supports the German-speaking market and requires fluent German and English.

Day-to-day, you will strategically execute high-impact outbound prospecting campaigns to new prospects. Use a multi-channel approach including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, high-volume calling, and personalized email sequences. Prioritize proactive outbound activity to generate pipeline while qualifying inbound leads and develop strong relationships with German-speaking prospects.

You will work in close partnership with Account Executives to refine outbound strategies and messaging. The role requires a hunter mentality and exceptional adaptability in a constantly evolving environment. Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently meet or exceed quarterly quotas.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of prior experience in business development, lead generation, or high-volume phone-based sales.
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken) are mandatory.
  • Experience prospecting into German-speaking markets is highly desirable.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented self-starter with a documented track record of exceeding goals.
  • Demonstrated 'Hunter' mentality with the drive to proactively develop and secure new lead sources in close collaboration with Account Executives.
  • Exceptional ability to thrive and adapt in a constantly evolving environment.
  • High degree of flexibility regarding working hours to accommodate peak sales periods (quarter-end close).

Responsibilities

  • Strategically execute high-impact outbound prospecting campaigns to new prospects across the DACH region.
  • Utilize a multi-channel approach leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator, high-volume calling, and personalized email sequences to engage and qualify leads.
  • Prioritize proactive outbound activity as the critical focus for pipeline generation while ensuring timely qualification of inbound leads.
  • Systematically identify and qualify high-potential new business opportunities using a light MEDDIC qualification methodology.
  • Develop strong relationships with German-speaking prospects, understanding local market dynamics and business challenges.
  • Work in close partnership with Account Executives to iterate and refine targeted outbound strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and lead statuses within CRM (Salesforce) and related engagement tools.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly quotas and KPIs including qualified meetings booked and pipeline generation.
