About this role
Aspire Software is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in Lebanon. This role is critical to building a strong pipeline and accelerating revenue growth for our portfolio companies.
The BDR will generate qualified sales opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers within our defined target market. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing structured outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels, as well as conducting discovery calls to understand prospect needs and buying timelines.
You will work closely with Account Executives and leadership to support outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and strategic account targeting. The role also involves collaborating with marketing to align messaging and campaigns, and providing feedback on market response and competitive positioning.
Success in this role means consistently meeting or exceeding activity and meeting targets, generating a predictable high-quality sales pipeline, and demonstrating continuous improvement in messaging and conversion rates. Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and high activity levels
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems
- Highly organized, disciplined, and results-driven
- Experience selling into Ampliphi's target vertical (preferred)
- Familiarity with consultative or value-based selling (preferred)
- Experience working within a private equity–backed or portfolio company environment (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Identify and research target accounts aligned with Ampliphi's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Execute structured outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists
- Book qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and buying timelines
- Qualify opportunities based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline, fit)
- Accurately document all activities and interactions in HubSpot
- Track outreach performance and conversion metrics
