We are looking for a highly organised and proactive graduate to join our Commercial Learning & Development team. You will support the delivery of digital learning activities, onboard-style programs, coaching-based learning, learner follow-up, training operations and reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to learning operations, stakeholder coordination, digital platforms, learning design and commercial capability building.
You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product, marketing, medical education and sales teams to keep learning projects organised, on track and delivered to a high standard. You will work in a medical device, corporate and international environment, gaining experience across digital learning, stakeholder coordination and commercial enablement.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate who enjoys coordination, communication, digital learning design and management. You will have the chance to support the design and build of commercial enablement courses and AI-enabled coaching experiences that help sales teams practice and reinforce key skills.
Requirements
- A recent graduate in Digital Learning, Marketing, Communications or related fields.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
- Good attention to detail and confidence working with data, project task lists and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Confidence using tools such as Articulate 360, Learning Management Systems, Microsoft 365 suite.
- An interest in the medical device industry, training, learning operations, coordination or commercial enablement.
- A positive, dependable and team-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage digital learning activities in our learning platforms — including course creation, content uploads, learner enrolment, cohort management and completion tracking.
- Support the design and build of commercial enablement courses and AI-enabled coaching experiences that help sales teams practice and reinforce key skills.
- Coordinate training communications across the full campaign lifecycle, from launch emails and team announcements through to reminders and follow-ups.
- Organise live and virtual learning sessions, including scheduling, invitations, agendas and logistical coordination.
- Monitor learner progress, identify gaps or non-starters, and prepare reporting and summaries on participation, completion and feedback.
- Support the localisation of learning materials by coordinating translation workflows and review cycles with agencies and local stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders — including product, marketing, medical education and sales teams — to keep learning projects organised, on track and delivered to a high standard.
