Momentum Data is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join its team in pioneering AI-powered B2B marketing technology. The role offers hands-on involvement in business development within a fast-paced startup environment focused on enterprise clients worldwide.

Day-to-day work centers on generating high-quality leads primarily through cold calling, supported by LinkedIn outreach and email follow-ups. You will identify decision-makers in target accounts, initiate contact, and schedule demos while maintaining accurate CRM records of all interactions.

The company operates from a terrace office in central Barcelona with a young multinational team that values fun and driven collaboration. After the initial three-month onboarding, the position includes 30% remote flexibility alongside MacBooks, trainings, and company events.

This opportunity provides direct exposure to working with prestigious global clients and the inner workings of a stable, profitable high-growth AI marketing technology business. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Co-Founder through to deal closure.

Requirements

  • Native or very strong English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for business development.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience with cold calling.

Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads through cold calling as the primary channel, supported by LinkedIn outreach and email follow-ups.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and initiate outreach to schedule demos of the solution.
  • Communicate the value proposition to prospects and articulate how solutions address their specific needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contacts, interactions, and deals created in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and the Co-Founder on client meetings and follow-ups until deals are closed.
