The SDR role goes beyond making calls. You will act as a prospecting strategist who understands the psychology behind IT buying decisions and uses data science, cutting-edge tools, and influence techniques to open doors at strategic accounts.
Day-to-day work centers on identifying C-Level and IT Manager decision makers in technology and related sectors. You will build contact cadences across email, LinkedIn, and phone while applying mental triggers and AIDA/PAS copywriting frameworks.
You will orchestrate lead flow so the CRM remains the primary source of truth and act as a facilitator of connections in the tech ecosystem, generating authority before the first contact. The position requires presence at Berrini twice per week.
Requirements
- Real experience as an SDR in the Technology SaaS and ERP SAP sector.
- Practical experience with Salesforce and Sales Engagement platforms.
- Theoretical knowledge of Neuromarketing applied to B2B sales.
- Ability to dialogue with technical and executive profiles in a clear, persuasive, and consultative manner.
- Reside in São Paulo with availability for in-person interactions at Berrini twice per week.
