Padlet

Business Development Representative (BDR)

2d

Padlet

San Francisco, US · Full-time · $85,000 – $120,000

About this role

Padlet is building software for a good education—one that inspires curiosity, creativity, and community. Our product enables visual content creation and collaboration in millions of classrooms worldwide, driven by organic adoption from teachers rather than top-down mandates.

We need to convert this bottom-up traction into school and district-wide sales opportunities to reach our goal of a billion users globally. As a Business Development Representative at our San Francisco office, you will identify and generate new leads, execute outreach through email and social media, and conduct product demos to prospects.

You will represent the company at conferences and support sales leadership in closing deals. You will work alongside team members like Collin Palmer, a one-man product machine who listens to movie soundtracks while working, and Aly Dalgetty, who helps our members while petting her dog, George.

Our office is in the middle of Presidio, a beautiful national park, a five-minute walk from the beach. The workspace includes a meditation room, game room, library, art studio, kids room, and a full makerspace with 3D printers, laser cutters, and sewing machines. Because we are small and have tremendous traction, your work will impact millions—a rare combination of speed and impact.
