As a Sales Development Representative, power the top of the funnel by connecting with small business owners and multi-location operators. Uncover their challenges and introduce a better way to manage teams through high-velocity outbound prospecting across calls, email, and social.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads via consultative discovery, book high-quality meetings, and generate pipeline for Account Executives. Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (SDR/BDR experience a plus, but not required)
  • Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, recruiting, door-to-door sales, or other high-volume environments
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills for engaging prospects across channels
  • Experience or interest in outbound prospecting and building effective outreach sequences
  • Curiosity and a consultative mindset to ask great questions and understand customer needs
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive drive to hit and exceed targets
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to manage high volume of activity
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting across calls, emails, and social channels to generate new pipeline
  • Engage small business owners and multi-location operators, uncovering challenges and identifying strong-fit opportunities
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through consultative discovery conversations
  • Book high-quality meetings that convert into revenue for Account Executives
  • Own and manage your pipeline in Salesforce, prioritizing daily actions that drive results
  • Consistently hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets
  • Confidently communicate the value of Homebase and how we solve real operational challenges
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships to improve outreach and conversion
