Kainos’ Demand Generation team seeks motivated and confident self-starters with a growth mindset to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers. As a Sales Development Representative, build early-stage pipeline through effective selling strategies using a creative approach, can-do attitude, resilience, and ability to nurture relationships.

Work in an open and supportive environment aligned to industry best practice, sharing information and learning from one another. Collaborate with Marketing team, Regional Managers, and Account Executives on demand generation for strategic accounts, events, and territory planning. Excel in your career while building sustainable sales pipelines for market-leading Workday offerings.

Deliver best-in-class products like Kainos Smart Test, Smart Audit, and Employee Document Management listed on Workday Marketplace. These help customers automate and scale Workday operations while maximising platform use. Be a Kainos ambassador articulating offerings professionally to prospects.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against monthly/quarterly/annual team targets by producing a high-quality pipeline
  • Collaborate on prospecting and opportunity qualification activities to engage prospects through multiple mediums
  • Mature prospects into sales opportunities where required
  • Understand buyer personas to build trust, articulate challenges, and propose potential solutions
  • Collaborate with Marketing team, Regional Managers, and Account Executives on demand generation for strategic accounts, events, and territory planning
  • Articulate Kainos and its offerings at a high level to prospects
  • Formally present to prospects and customers positioning Kainos as a professional market-leading supplier
