Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience working in Production, Line assembly, or Quality.
- Basic knowledge and experience of Manufacturing or Operational processes.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools (added advantage).
- Basic knowledge in lean manufacturing, 5S principles, Six Sigma, logistics, and supply chain management.
Responsibilities
- Work in production, line assembly, and quality processes within manufacturing operations.
- Apply lean manufacturing and 5S principles to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Operate various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
- Provide feedback both orally and in writing to improve processes.
- Maintain schedule adherence and complete tasks on time.
- Contribute to cost optimization and productivity improvement.
- Participate in safety audits and 5S targets.
