Requirements

0-1 years of experience working in Production, Line assembly, or Quality.
Basic knowledge and experience of Manufacturing or Operational processes.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to multitask.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Knowledge of using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools (added advantage).
Basic knowledge in lean manufacturing, 5S principles, Six Sigma, logistics, and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

Work in production, line assembly, and quality processes within manufacturing operations.
Apply lean manufacturing and 5S principles to ensure safety and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Operate various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
Provide feedback both orally and in writing to improve processes.
Maintain schedule adherence and complete tasks on time.
Contribute to cost optimization and productivity improvement.
Participate in safety audits and 5S targets.
